Some of you have liked the WatchMojo lists I post here. A lot of them you'll find yourself agreeing with. Some you won't. They just created a list of the Top 21 Movies for each year of the 21st Century. Do you agree with them? Here's the list:

I know I used to publish my Top 10 Movie lists annually on TSO. I have kind-of slaced off over time. In the meantime, here's my top for each year:

    • 2000: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
    • 2001: Lord of The Rings: Fellowship Of The Ring
    • 2002: The Pianist
    • 2003: Mystic River
    • 2004: Million Dollar Baby
    • 2005: Brokeback Mountain
    • 2006: The Departed
    • 2007: No Country For Old Men
    • 2008: Slumdog Millionaire
    • 2009: Precious
    • 2010: The Social Network
    • 2011: Hugo
    • 2012: Zero Dark Thirty
    • 2013: Gravity
    • 2014: Boyhood
    • 2015: Mad Max: Fury Road
    • 2016: Moonlight
    • 2017: The Shape Of Water
    • 2018: Roma
    • 2019: Parasite
    • 2020: TBD

Some of you who've read my lists over the years may notice different favorites from the time I posted. Don't forget tastes change and afterthoughts remind you of things you missed the first time.

A very good video, and though I am a teen I have seen most, your list is cool but what I focused on right away is your 2008, Slumdog over Dark Knight but I guess it is a matter of taste and Slumdog is a good movie but Dark Knight rocks.

The only of those movies I have seen or wanted to see were Lord of the Rings, Zero Dark Thirty, and Mad Max the rest are for movie buffs I just want to be entertained.

The best movie in that whole time 2000/20 is The Dark Knight.

Zero Dark THirty and Mad Max rocked and don't even mention The Dark Knight, just awesome.

I wonder why top movies are almost always not the best crowd-pleasing movies but some drama or artsy thing only crowd-pleasing there is Zero Dark Thirty, Mad Max, and Lord of the Rings.

Interesting video and choices and also your list and like others here I saw very few, Grouching Tiger, Zero Dark Thirty, Slumdog, Lord of the Rings, Mad Max.

All brilliant movies on your list and I can't have an argument against any, however, for 2003 my choice is "Monster" and also I would go with Dark Knight over Slumdog but barely.

Nice information but funny how few of those I bothered to watch, not many geared to teens.

Very little fault can be found but I would have "The Dark Knight" and "1917" on my list.

I find myself constantly disagreeing with the Mojo lists though it is fun to watch them, I am more in agreement with Trevor's list, would be tough for me to put one of these together but I like critiquing others.
