In the third episode of the excellent CBC series titled ‘But What is so Headstrong as Youth?’ we finally get to see the rest of the excellent young cast in their late 19th century class setting.
In the episode we get to see Anne excited to begin school and make new friends, she gets a shock as she is not ready for the bullying that comes her way from the other girls and mainly the menacing and somewhat charming Billy Andrews, played to perfection by young Christian Martyn.
Billy especially shows his menace as he accost a lone Anne in one scene in the episode that I will not get into too much for those waiting excitedly to see the series when it hits Netflix.
I continue to be impressed with this series the production values and the fine acting from the entire cast including the young ones.
The episode leaves you feeling for Anne even if she unwittingly causes some of the problems with her love for talking. I expect the series to just get better as it goes forward.

OMG! Sherry it was awesome I wont say much to spoil it but it is so awesome, this is the first I seen Christian playing a kind a bad guy role and he is sooooooo scary in that one scene they talked about. Wish I could say more but I was wondering what Billy Andrews is capable of, I mean surely giving out a good beat down.
