Caleb McLaughlin is a young American actor who became a household name following his role as Lucas Sinclair in the Netflix Original series “Stranger Things.” Caleb a native of New York studied dance at The Harlem School of the Arts (HSA), under Aubrey Lynch, former Lion King Producer and Director of Dance at HSA.
Caleb played Noah in the short film “Noah Dreams of Origami Fortunes” (2012) and followed this up the following year with a guest appearance on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (2013), “Unforgettable” and “Forever” both in 2014. He landed the recurring role of Jay-Jay on the series “Shades of Blue” earlier this year along with his Stranger Things role.
He will play Ricky Bell (ages 10-15) in the three part miniseries "New Edition: The Movie" which takes a look at the rise of the music group New Edition.
He has also performed on Broadway production of The Lion King where he was Young Simba.
