Peter DaCunha is a Canadian child actor of Portuguese descent, he was born was born on April 12, 2003, in Toronto, Ontario. His acting career kicked off with appearances in commercials such as Kellogg’s Froot Loops and Tim Horton’s.

His television career began with a role on the Canadian series Rookie Blue, other television roles includes "Alphas," "The Next Star" and "Against the Wall" all in 2011. He then went on to appear in the Disney television movie Frenemies and Hallmark's Mistletoe over Manhattan. Other television series roles included "Life with Boys," "Flashpoint," "The Rick Mercer Report," the recurring role of Prince Charles on Reign, "Defiance," "Saving Hope," Murdoch Mysteries and playing Samuel Ramse on "12 Monkeys." He was also listed in the cast for the 2014 proposed series "Here's Your Damn Family."

His other television movie roles included Home Alone: The Holiday Heist, "Pete’s Christmas" and "Holidaze" to add to his string on Christmas themed roles. Peter also plays Eric Wilson in the TV movie "Mommy's Little Boy" (2016).

He moved easily into feature films with a starring role in The Barrens which also stars Stephen Moyer (True Blood), Mia Kirshner (Vampire Diaries). The film revolves around the legendary monster of the New Jersey Pine Barrens: the Jersey Devil. He next appeared in Damian Lee’s "The Truth" and then appeared in two more horror feature with 2013's "Haunter" and "Torment." Peter also has under his belt "Patch Town" (2014) "Hellions" and "Remember" (2015). He also plays Danny Jacobs (segment, "The Box") for "XX" (2017).

Peter has quite and extensive resume for his young age which is made up of numerous television series, made for television movies and feature films, with much more to come from this talented young actor.
