Ok many of you saw a question that was asked anon or secretly and has asked how do you get to do that.
The admin has told me it is a feature that is being tested and is only avail to one user group (there are diff levels od members here and some can do things others cant) so it is just being tested but if it is abused because the person is annon then it will not be used.
