  Well it is not easy being a child star, even as you get to your teens the competition for roles is so fierce it is a joy when a role is landed. Also some as they get older have no desire to continue act we have to look at that.

  Not an easy biz to make it in as a child/teen or adult...hats off to all the child and teen actors.

  A very competitive field, there is one role and you could get thousands showing up for audition and only one will get it.

  I couldnt do it, props to them all.

  Wow! an article from college candy, you can say that about hundreds of teen actors. Do you think it is possible for all child/teen actors to continue getting work and being popular? that is like saying all those hot shot little league baseball stars will be major leaguers. Look it up a fraction go on to play MLB,  it is just not possible in such a huge competitive field like acting, sports etc.
