I saw War Games it was ok but by today does it ever look old the tech and stuff but I can see then it would have been totally cool. MY fav movie from 1980's is Stand by Me.

I haven't seen a ton of movies from the 80's but one of my all time fav movies is from the 80's Stand by Me, such an awesome movie and Wil Wheaton and River Phoenix (RIP) are so cute.

The coolest 80's movie is D.A.R.Y.L and The Neverending Story and both have Barret Oliver in them.

The 80's had so many slasher movies, so many horror movies just with teens getting sliced and diced.

Stand by Me is the best movie of the 80's, I also liked the movies about Vietnam that were made in the 80's like "Platoon" and the Missing in Action ones with Chuck Norris and many many more.

I don't see the love for The Goonies, I find it the kids and other characters annoying as all hell, I mean the boy that played Short Round he is no less annoying in this rubbish.

They seem to be always shouting and talking over each other, I just don't see the love must be a mass hypnotic thing, the Goonies is not good enough.
