  This movie trailer and what it is about has me interested in seeing it the story from IMDB below

  
  

  [After Bobby and his best friend Kevin are kidnapped and taken to a strange house in the middle of nowhere, Bobby manages to escape. But then he hears Kevin's screams for help and realizes he can't leave his friend behind.]

  
  

  The problem it seems it is on Shudder I don't have that because I find their movies cheaply made junk so maybe this is more of the same but I want to see it, anyone here has so far?

  The Boy Behind the Door is cheap cliche-ridden garbage that will be liked only by the unsophisticated moviegoers to which there are plenty.
  
  The worst thing about this mess is the script, who wrote this a schizophrenic locked down in a padded ward? and oh they choose to prominently display a MAGA sticker on the creep's car obviously to say see how bad these people are they support Trump?? I mean wtf which genius in producing this movie sat around and decided that would be a great idea? no wonder this country is so divided. With losers in Hollywood making such decisions they help drive the wedge.
  
  Back to their woeful mess of a movie, they steal every cliche from other horror movies the most obvious the axe to the bathroom door and the face peering through the hole in the door. The demented person sauntering down a hall and a low shot of the axe held low, I could go on and on.
  
  People say the kids are stupid but these young actors are only acting on the inane script given to them, these boys are also the only good thing about the movie they both did a very good job of acting.
  
  Avoid this mess at all costs unless you don't have to pay for it.

  It is not a good film at all but somewhat entertaining if not frustrating with the huge plot holed, I agree it is cliche-ridden and steals elements from far better films. Some said the boys made stupid decisions but that is due to the awful script for this movie and their acting was very good and not the character's fault they are following the script.
  
  I am not political but I do agree it is insanely lame to add the MAGA sticker to the vehicle, why not DNC? that is no surprise if you are not aware of how left-leaning Hollywood is but a poor decision who is behind it.
  
  One star for the movie with its uneven and poor script, huge plot holes, and 3 and a half stars for the two young actors.

  The trailer looks awesome and as a boy, it right away makes me interested to see what happens to these boys. I see bad reviews tho but still want to see it.

  I saw it on Prime or one of its channels, it is kind of ok but doesn't make sense because they do things that any smart person would not do. It could have been awesome is what I mean I guess but instead, they made it sucky.

  Kind of scary but then again kind of stupid and scary only in the way you think if that was me how freaked out I would be. lol
