OMG! finally got to watch episode one of Anne With an E for season 2 as it finally premiered on CBC here in Canada, I feel like an addict that got a fix. lolz, not making fun of addiction.
So good to see it back, love the episode even though Christian was not in this episode, the main story here was the Cuthberts have a great harvest we seen them singing away as they work. We also see Nate, one of the Cuthberts' boarders, strikes gold; and as gold normally does it will create just as many problems.
The scenery especially when Ann and the Cuthberts passed by a coastal area the cliffs and then the beach is just awesome, the cinematography has always been excellent in this series. They stopped at a sandy beach area and Anne runs into the sea even though she doesn't know how to swim, Mr, Cuthbert goes in also and they finally relax a bit at the beach.
We also get to see what Gilbert got up to as he is now working on a steamer and we get to meet the first black character on the show.
So glad to get my fix of Anne but I might have to wait for each Sunday because I have not checked but it seems it might not be on Netflix Canada.
I want to thank all you who have seen the entire series for not talking things out but now we can talk about it an episode at a time.
