Was Chandler Riggs fired?

  Ok well first there was the story he wanted off the show to go to school but now we have online his dad claims that Chandler Rigs was fired.
  
  It claims Chandler was told we need you for 3 more seasons minimum and after hearing that Chandler bought a house in the Atlanta area and looked to going to a college near there.
  
  Then just shortly before Chandler’s 18th birthday Scott Gimple called them in to a meeting and said we are going to kill of Carl.
  
  I heard Chandler was just shocked and sad to be leaving the show, so if this is true shame on TWD and for Chandler well time to go and do some better things cause the quality of the show and ratings from al I hear is going south.

  If true then that is very unfair to Chandler who gave his all to that show from the age of just 11.

  It is all over the net, his dad first said it and yes I saw where Chandler was shocked so obviously he did not ask to be off to go to school. The guy went and bought a house close to filming for crying out loud.
  
  So how is Carl Grimes dead and someone like Tara is still living? how is that idiot priest living? and Lips Rosita???? the show has so many useless characters I mean who next to be killed off Rick?
  
  How stuopd is this I know the comic and Carl is a big part way passs this he is a big part in the next group the whisperers so how are they going to get by that? I guess they will Andrea is a bad momma in the comics and they killed her off so early, all the best characters are dead.
  
  We have Ezekiel, Jesus that garbage people leader etc who are useless.

  Well Chandler moves right on to the movie "Inherit the Viper" he had a good run on the show when it was very good not it is not so good.

  It was crappy if it went down that way but still onward Chandler and a good start with "Inherit the Viper," he had a nice run when the show was on it's game but it is sadly on a downward spiral.
  
  Good to get out now before you are ruined more with type casting, look at your buddy Jon Bernthal and how well he has done since leaving the show. All the rest of those long timers are type cast and might not work again in any major role.

  Will see him in midseason premiere that is his last, kinda stinks, same thing happen to Ben Hyland after just one season of The Strain but that was worst they got another kid to play his role here they just killed off Carl for no reason cause he is still rocking in comic land.

  Why not Tara or Rosita or another useless character Carl Grimes has lots of great stuff in the comic book still to do.

  I was not surprised cause I heard the rumor he is going to school but now I heard even Chandler was shocked because he was told 3 more years.

  If all of that is true then it is a very unfair way to treat a young actor who from a young child was a big part of this show, then I wish it continues its downward spiral in to mediocrity.

  I started watching this cause I liked Carl (Chandler Riggs) I never was like a omg I can't miss the show I missed many but now I don't care and like the show is the same stuff over and over a bad group threatens them and they kill them and a next come, that gets old.
