Mini-Bio

Oakes Fegley is an American teen actor who made his feature film debut appearing alongside Michelle Monaghan and Ron Livingstone playing Paul Swann in the film “Fort Bliss.” Oakes had earlier filmed the shorts “Glass” (2011) and playing Michael in “Children of the Moon” (2014).

After his work on “Fort Bliss,” he appeared as Young Judd in “This Is Where I Leave You” and followed this up playing Young Bryan in “Prism.”

The year 2016 was a big break-out for the young actor with key roles in several features such as “When the Moon Was Twice as Big” and playing the titular role in Disney’s “Pete’s Dragon" (2016), for 2017 he was Ben in "Wonderstruck."

The following year he also appeared in “The Truth About Lies” but 2019 will be a very busy year with features such as playing Jeffrey in When the Moon Was Twice as Big, The War with Grandpa, "Billboard."  "Goldfinch" and title role in Who Framed Tommy Callahan.

On TV he has appeared on the series "Boardwalk Empire" in the recurring role on Young Eli Thompson in 2014 and on "Person of Interest" he was Gabriel Hayward recurring 2014-2016.
