Let me try to answer your questions.
As far as I know, there has been no announcement about a funeral those youtube videos are just pure crap and as you say looking for views.
His medical history is nobody's business so why would they tell the world? also if they had disclosed that Hollywood would not have cast that kid so he would not have been on Jessie or anything. I am sure Hollywoods thinking would be insurance and such like what if this kid has a seizure onset and so forth but this is just my feelings.
Very sad situation but family deserves privacy they can have a funeral and burial and not say a word to the media if they want.
