  Yes it is Front_Row_center and that is what make sit fun, these campy movies are good for a laugh but this is very watchable.

  An old public domain cheapy, still watchable if you have some time to waste, I mean if you can sit through a modern film like The Lone Ranger with such a big budget why not this made for pennies.
